Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your order within the first 14 days of receiving your product, simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange.

Downloadable software products are exempt from being returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Original brand packaging and all brand tags should be intact to claim a refund.

We will verify your claim once we receive the goods and then process a refund.

Please include the purchaser’s name and order number with your returned or exchanged product. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number.

In case the product is delivered to the buyer in damaged/defective condition, a replacement shall be considered only if the damage/defect is reported to us with photographic evidence in writing within 7 working days from the receipt of the product.

We will process your refund immediately after we receive and verify the returned item(s). It may take up to 14 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account. Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us at service@crioolighting.com. We will gladly help you.

If you received your item as a gift, please include any information you have – the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift, etc – and we will make sure you are taken care of.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
