In 1983, a group of young entrepreneurs in Kyoto, Japan, asked Inamori to "teach us how to run a business". With this, a study group of 25 entrepreneurs was started.   2. Design Proposal and Confirmation
    Objective: To propose a design that meets the client's needs and has a unique cultural value.
    Steps:
    Draft design: Based on the initial communication, the CRIOO team proposed several draft designs, including the shape of the lamp, materials, colors and decorative details.
    Integration of Cultural Elements: Incorporate elements of Kazuo Inamori and respect for nature and love of people into the design, such as unique traditional patterns, colors and symbols.
    Client Feedback and Adjustment: Present the draft design to the client, collect feedback, and make necessary adjustments and optimizations to ensure that the design meets the client's expectations.
  3. Sample making and review
    Objective: To produce and scrutinize samples to ensure high standards of design and quality.
    Steps:
    Sample production: Produce high quality samples based on the finalized design.
    Client Review: Samples are delivered to the client for review to ensure that every detail meets expectations.
    Improvement and Confirmation: Based on the customer's review, further improvements are made until the customer is fully satisfied.
  4. Production and Quality Control
    Objective: To mass produce the commemorative Wenchuang Minglong, and ensure the high quality of each lamp.
    Steps:
    Material Procurement: Select DuPont paper to ensure the durability and aesthetics of the lamps.
    Mass Production: Start the mass production process and manufacture the lamps in strict accordance with the design and quality standards.
    Quality Control: Conduct multiple quality checks during the production process to ensure that each lamp meets high standards.
  5. Packaging and Logistics
    Objective: To carry out exquisite packaging and arrange safe and efficient logistics.
    Steps:
    Exquisite packaging: Design and produce exquisite packaging boxes to reflect the unique value of the commemorative lamps and enhance their gift attributes.
    Logistic arrangement: According to the customer's demand, arrange safe and reliable logistics and distribution to ensure that the lamps are delivered to the customer in good condition.
  6. Customer Delivery and Feedback
    Objective: To complete delivery and collect customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
    Steps:
    Delivery Arrangement: Determine the time and place of delivery, and communicate with the customer on delivery details.
